blind wonder
highlight of my week would definitely be the email from mr fok! my primary school teacher of 1 1/2 years.
the one that directed my path to pasir ris secondary. the one that screamed to every living 12 year old in Griffiths. the one who became the 1st teacher i ever saw throw a desk and chair out of the classroom and broke the stillness of the afternoon. the one who defied traditional teaching methods of the 21st century by making the 1metre ruler his bestest best friend. the one who openly admitted to favour that fat bastard over everyone else just because he had the meat. the one who supported liverpool through and through. the one who would mail me to tell me "hey heikal, liverpool did it!" and made me think why the heck did i bother with manchester. the one that all of us hated at the mid-p5 stage but ended to love and respect by the time we reached maturity. the one who told me many meaningful stuff.
ahh, and the one who said "fuck off" to some guy who was very irritating. surprise.
he's not the perfect teacher. he'd teach us science just because the whole class was complaining the HOD who taught us was just doing a basic read the text in class and feed the birds during break and after school. and he led us to 3rd place glory for interclass soccer! hehehe.
but he'll make such a good friend. the last mail i had from him was exactly a year ago, 3 days before my birthday. beats me why i didnt reply. and the last time I sent him a mail was.. in 2003, august. wayy back. im such a suck ass. procrastination at its best.
i wont be surprised if i'll hardly bat an eyelid when i see mr.said 10 years down the drain. come to think of it, he taught me for..4 years straight. but takde feeling la. no connection. i guess he never did like the class i was in all the years. im thankful that he got me where i am with my maths(hah! no way. it was kumar i say.) but. im sure it was purely business between my class and him.

but right... but right.. they won the european cup and right.. and they have quite a handful of lookers in the side. BUT. hah. they suck.
