I am a groupie. already?
Ok, so when was the last time it took me (let's see.. wed, thurs, fri, sat) ok 4 days to write a new post? Quite long. While I see no reason to explain my hiatus (pronounced as "hai-erh-tess"), I will explain so i can bemuse myself when I read this post in 4 weeks.
The main reason I’ve not been blogging much wld be because my blog book is running low on thoughts. For the following reasons:
- I’ve been actually reading Tony parsons with so much indulgence that people snogging or jogging in the train between pasir ris and potong pasir no longer interest me
- I have actually started on being “on-the-ball” with school work.
- I have been going out too much over the past 4 days that I’ve forgotten about being on the ball
- I cant really think of a valid reason
- I’m such a loser
- Ok Friday... I went for prayers! Weeeee. I should celebrate,
- oh the library was good
There are nice people around actually. A guy came out of his studying mode to offer sissy Shaun his LAST PIECE of tissue. Can you believe it? HIS LAST PIECE OK. Who, in his right state of mind, would do that you tell me. Well, not me ok. And you can actually find books on every topic debatable or researchable. Good ones might I add
- Saturday... OOOH, free food!
I fell in love with muji’s room. Books all over, hidden cds and the aircon is blowing in your face when you lie on the bed. Just... don’t try to sniff her pillows if you have an obsession with smells, like i do.
They say there’s no such thing as free lunch. Which is quite true, because free meals usually come in the evening. =D
My stomach actually re-appeared when I reached home took off my shirt. It’s been a long time since I met James, the stomach.
- Today... was B-quartet day. Oh my, I was like some stupid retard (ok just read on and don’t say what’s new ok picky.) at the autograph session with B-quartet. But, I got to shake Bani Faizal’s hand, and take a picture with a smile almost plastered on my face.
Oh, and picky, next time we go out, bring sharizal along. Then we can go zoom zoom on the ECP again.
MY DAD actually follows the CSI series. He tells me to stop channel surfing when he sees the people from CSI chasing down a hobo or identifying DNAs in the lab.
So, I guess the REAL reason I didn’t post was that I had a super boring 4 days.

Ok, so the 1st doodle is "the dark depths of [my] room" .. wooo. Scary.
2nd line is me doing the jiggly dance; hang around me long enough and you can actually think of various versions of it; and someone stomping on fermented grapes to make wine.
With the crustiless-oreo-cheese-cake we got for muji which was pinched by somebody before she got to eat it. And that's actually muji saying bye to us.
There’s the maggi mee by FFT.
And we have fizah's godzilla pitting its sad sad face against the ever-so-happy dolphin-wannabe flying-shark.
[The drawings were all made by Muji/Noraini, cept for gogogodzilla and maggi, by fft.]

I am connected to president bush by 5 linkages! And everyone else by 6. There’s that discovery channel advert which justifies that. And here's how I worked it out.
I’m connected to charity/Cheryl (classmate/FOC group mate)
who is connected to Daphne khoo
who is connected to taufiq batisah
who is,
and President Nathan, is connected to president bush. (OR PM Blair, who is connected to Chris Martin.!!! YAYYYY! We also have David beck-ham)
=D. told you so.

the last time I went to the bookfair sale thingy was roughly 10-12weeks back. And I bought 5-7 books. And till today, I’ve only read 3 or 4 from that list. And I simply have to go to the sale again. This time, with an agenda. No looking for Tony parsons' books with alt designs, no looking for nice looking covers, and no looking for cheap/good books.
Instead, I’ll just be looking for informative books, for research. For school and music.
Then again, by the time I get to the faire, it'll be just 3 weeks away from end of semester. Which means no more research to do and more hands on projects to mull over.
So I guess I’ll stick to looking for Tony parsons' books with alt designs, looking for nice looking covers, and looking for cheap/good books.

Tony Parsons pointed out the different generation wars. Like our grandfather’s generation faced the gallows under the Japanese Occupation.
The post-war generation’s main war was building a family, in a way.
And this current generation’s war is to keep a family together.
Interesting. I like.
