bones sinking like stones.

all of us are done for

butt cramps.

i just watched jamie oliver in his school dinners series, where he campaigns to get british kids start eating healthy grub. im not sure if this was the 1st episode, but he horribly failed. he has to compete with the orginal cook whose main concern is to feed the youngsters on time, at any cost. jamie on the other hand, makes healthy but not so yummy food and gets his ass kicked by the head cook in the school (he has to work together with her to get the kids to eat his food).

so everyday, the kids have the choice to eat normal canteen food, or have jamie oliver's school-canteen cooked meals. and they still choose normal canteen food over his. im going nowhere with this review of his show. the fun stuff is when you see jamie being scolded by the old lady(cook) for doing things wrong in HER kitchen. and all the fucks come out. now thats what i call reality show. where the stakes are real, and the fights are not staged. (maybe they are. but. why would they?) (so obvious studying med soc has not helped me one bit.)

but before watching that, i think i had ass cramps in my right butt. i still have it. i think i sit too much on my right ass. tried to massage it also. didnt work.

i came across this while reading up on jamie cullum. (i jumped links quite far...)
and i like this alotttt.
