our streets full of lizards.
One of our 1st few interviewees was this girl who warmed up to us in a space of 3 seconds. She’d been working the street getting people to do surveys for a talent spotting agency, and she is tremendously full of life. Her character was beyond warm, more of hot and sizzling. It would have taken quite some stuff to keep her quiet.
I would say for a Singaporean, she was really un-Singaporean. We didn’t get any one else more spontaneous than she was in her answers. Which makes me wonder why Singaporeans wouldn’t appear in front of the camera if their lives depended on it.
And she did well enough with her languages (A1s for eng, Chinese, higher Chinese) that she could go to any course she wanted. but she allowed ngee ann’s poor exhibitions to help her decide that she’d rather go to the SP’s mass comm equivalent.
I wish her well, and we finally have something concrete (though still hazy for certain parts) to follow on the documentary. I cant wait to fly offfff. Suddenly $200 doesn’t seem enough for 2 weeks.
Weather has been hot hasn’t it?
