bones sinking like stones.

i'm still unable to understand a couple of the short films in here. but they are interesting as hell.
and today's screen literacy seminar was quite interesting.. made me wish that i'd gotten singapore shorts instead of royston's shorts instead.

i'll be off then in a few hours. first to school at the most ungodly hours (7:30 in school...), then off to jb's sofitel resort for some student leaders seminar. the only reason why i didnt try to avoid having to go was because it's at a 4 star resort and all i have to do is take notes and present to the committee back here.

plus it's free.

and when i get back, the holidays are over. and assignments due on the 1st monday itself. tests the following week.(or is the the same week?) and our exciting monotonous school going ritual continues. but we dont ever get sick of it.

i seriously think zadie smith is one of the few authors i'll never be able to warm up to. like yann martel. booooring. but i picked up tony parson's collection of articles during his journalism days (he's still writing for the mirror, he looks like derek zoolander in his photo byline.) and it's quite exciting!
